‘Why I signed JaySleek’- Dbanj

International artiste and entrepreneur Dapo Oyebanjo, aka D’Banj, has explained why he signed on prolific producer, Jeremiah Shelika, aka Jaysleek, to his records label.

“It feels good to work with one of the best music producers around. Jaysleek is a fantastic producer, hard-working, humble and immensely creative. I’m certain that he will make a positive impact here at D’Banj Records and inspire us to even greater music,” the singer said recently.

In five years, Jaysleek has firmly established himself as a producer and ‘studio rat’ to be reckoned with. He takes the credit for producing great music for chart toppers, such as the iconic Tuface Idibia, Sound Sultan, Faze, Wizkid, Timaya, and Davido.

In his reaction, Jaysleek said, “I’m honoured to be part of such a young, fresh and innovative team. There is so much energy here. It is incredible. We are going to keep making great music for our fans for a very long time to come, you can be sure of that.”
