Cruise Nigeria is an award-winning, registered media enterprise which primarily celebrates individual creativity and secondarily, seeks to communicate news and events making headlines in Africa’s most populous country.
Our team comprises inventive and imaginative young Nigerians who contribute in a thousand and one ways to enriching the content and consistency of this website as well as our paperback editions.
As our name implies, we ‘cruise’ through events, stories and headlines that transpire in Nigeria- therefore Cruise Nigeria is not a mainstream ‘gossip website’ as even news articles and stories published herein are either original or authenticated.
OUR SCOPE:
You could be excused for describing us as an African version of a classic American ‘Teeny-Tweeny Magazine’- but there’s a teeny weeny difference between us. While the American models publish ONLY articles ON young people, we delve into issues that interest young people.
In other words, Cruise Nigeria is committed to bringing to light- any information that interests, fascinates and ‘catches the eye’ of young Nigerians- stretching from Powerful Party Politics to Profound Pyjamas Parties! Anything and Everything that stimulates the young mind and psyche- is within the scope of our creativity business.
OUR PEDIGREE:
While this website is somewhat new, Cruise Nigeria has been in this creativity business long enough to enjoy remarkable success both online (with over 100,000 visits in less than 4 months) and with our six hardcopy editions- all sold out!
A proud winner of the prestigious Youth Entrepreneurship Award (2008), Cruise Nigeria extends its sturdy presence to a host of South Eastern Nigerian Universities- with emphasis on the University of Nigeria campuses where this initiative was born and nursed.
And with daily traffic of an excess of a thousand visitors, quality quarterly paperback editions, numerous sponsored events, and scores of rare one-on-one exclusive celebrity interviews- we are slowly, but surely becoming a household name- one you should reckon with!
